What is an errand and concierge service?

Errand and concierge services are designed to create more time for busy professionals, business owners and homemakers by assisting them with everyday tasks, such as errands, personal shopping, and certain business procedures.

Why choose Forerunner as opposed to some other errand or concierge service?

It is our goal to build long-lasting relationships with our clients as opposed to just providing them with a service. We strive to fulfill our clients’ requests with professionalism and extraordinary attention to detail. The personal nature of certain services we offer may require us to have access to sensitive information or to enter your home. We value our integrity and your trust, so we are happy to provide verifiable references upon request.

How and when do I request services?

You may submit service requests by phone or e-mail, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. For general errands, 24-hour advance notice for service is preferred. Same day requests will be honored based on availability, but may incur additional charges. For event planning, reasonable advance notice based on the type and size of the event is expected. Please contact us early for services that have common seasonal deadlines (such as Christmas shopping).
